# Yours, Theo

> Yours, Theo is a small studio that makes custom portraits of pets and the people who love them. Every order is assigned to its own designer, who works on the portrait by hand and keeps working on it until the customer is completely happy. Nothing is ever printed until the customer has approved it, and there is no limit on the changes they can ask for. Every portrait arrives framed and ready to hang.

Yours, Theo is a made-to-order portrait studio founded by Ross Igolkin and Michel. We use AI to render your subject inside hand-curated artistic scenes, and that is where most companies stop. We do not. Every order is then handed to a designer personally, who corrects the colour, perfects the alignment and the crop, and carries out any request the customer makes. Customers upload a photo, pick a style, see a free preview within a couple of minutes, and approve the finished piece before anything is printed.

## Our commitment

This is the part that makes Yours, Theo different from a print-on-demand shop, and it is the answer to "why does it cost more than a $20 print":

- **A designer is assigned to every single order, personally.** Not a queue, not a spot check — a named person who owns that portrait.
- **They work on it by hand**: colour correction, alignment, cropping, and any change the customer asks for, however small.
- **Nothing goes to print until the customer approves it.** The approval is a real gate, not a notification.
- **Revisions are unlimited and untimed.** We do not count them and we do not close the window. We keep improving the portrait until the customer says it is right.
- **We consider the order unfinished until the customer is completely happy.** That is a commitment, not a returns policy.

## Product details

- Custom portraits of: a pet on their own; a pet together with their people; people on their own; people with their car.
- Pets are cats and dogs only. We do not make portraits of horses, rabbits or other animals.
- FRAMED ONLY. Every portrait ships in a real frame. We do not sell bare paper prints or canvas.
- Frame: 20mm thick and wide, in responsibly sourced oak and ash with the grain still visible, in three colours — oak, black and white. Shatterproof plexiglass rather than glass. It arrives READY TO HANG with the hardware already fitted — there is no kit to assemble.
- Paper: 200gsm matte, uncoated, FSC-certified.
- Four sizes, portrait or landscape at the same price: 6×8 in, 12×16 in, 18×24 in, 24×32 in.
- Pricing depends on who is in the portrait: a pet alone is our standard tier, and anything with a person in it is our premium tier. - Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on destination and size. We ship to 10 countries.
- Delivery: roughly 4 to 8 days from the moment the customer approves their portrait. About 2 days of that is printing and framing.
- Revisions are unlimited, until the customer is happy.
- Nothing is ever out of stock. Every portrait is printed and framed after the order, so every size and every frame colour is always available.
- Reprint policy: if anything arrives damaged we reprint at no cost, and if we cannot make it right, a full refund including shipping.
- We donate 1% of every portrait to animal rescue (Pledge 1% member).

## How it works

1. Pick a style from the gallery — over 120 published scenes.
2. Upload one clear, front-on photo of your cat or dog. Phone photos are completely fine.
3. Your preview lands free, in a couple of minutes. You see it before you pay anything.
4. Once you order, a designer is assigned to your portrait personally. They correct the colour, perfect the alignment and the crop, and make any change you ask for. It is signed off by a real designer.
5. You approve it. Nothing goes to print before that, and if it is not right you say so — unlimited changes, no time limit, until you are completely happy.
6. Printed, framed ready to hang, and posted.

## Brand voice

Yours, Theo speaks as a quiet, considered studio. Every portrait is signed "Yours, Theo" in the lower-right. Theo is the artist character at the centre of the studio. Theo works between AI rendering and the designer who finishes the piece by hand. The signature is the studio's standard: a designer worked on this portrait and the customer approved it before it shipped.

We say improve, enhance, perfect. Never "fix" — nothing was broken.

The word is PORTRAIT, never "poster". The pre-purchase render is a "preview".
