When you confirm your order, the file lands in our studio queue, not straight at the press. A human designer opens your poster, checks the crop, the colour, the lighting on your pet's face. If something looks off, we re-render before press, no extra charge and no extra wait.
It's the step every other on-demand shop skips. It's the reason ours hang straight.
Paper prints ship rolled inside a rigid tube with a cardboard insert that keeps them from creasing in transit. Canvas pieces arrive stretched and corner-padded so they land ready to hang. Framed posters are double-walled and foam-cushioned at the glass, the only place a frame can really get hurt in shipping.
Every box is made from recycled board. The inserts compost. Even the tape is paper.
If your print arrives damaged, off-colour, or just not how you pictured it, send us a photo. We'll reprint and ship a replacement at our cost. We don't ask you to mail the first one back.
