What am I buying?
You begin with a portrait preview. If you choose a paper, canvas, framed canvas, or framed portrait, a real designer refines the artwork with you and prepares the finished piece.
What happens after I see the first preview?
Choose the version you prefer, tell us which details matter, and select a printed finish. The preview becomes the starting point for the studio process.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Your feedback is part of the printed portrait process, and our design team keeps working with you until you are happy with the result.
When is the portrait printed?
Only after you approve it. We pause before production so you can review the refined portrait and share any final feedback.
What if the portrait arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the problem within 90 days of delivery. We will reprint and resend the affected portrait at no additional charge.
