Printed portraits are made to order. The cart shows the delivery options, shipping price, and current arrival estimate for the exact finish, size, and destination you choose.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and Ireland, with tracking on every order.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout by size and material. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available as an option at checkout.

How long it takes

The cart shows the current arrival estimate for standard and express delivery. That estimate reflects the selected product and destination, and it updates when you change either one. We email tracking as soon as your portrait ships.

Packaging

Packaging is matched to paper, canvas, framed print, or framed canvas so the chosen finish is protected in transit. Ready-to-hang finishes arrive assembled; paper prints arrive unframed.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives dented, bent, or otherwise not in perfect shape, email a photo to studio@ytheo.com within 14 days and we'll reprint and reship at no charge. See the Returns policy for full details.

Gifting

You can ship directly to any address in the countries we serve. Use the recipient's delivery address during checkout and keep your own email on the order if you want to receive its updates.
